Jubilee Afternoon Tea Meta Cake

A regal teatime cake. Three layers of light and airy vanilla sponge. Finished with Vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, a mini layer cake, golden chocolate teapot, chocolate teacups with Biscoff 'tea', and Jammie Dodgers.

Decorations: The cake features an array of exquisite details, including a mini bijoux layer cake on a biscuit cake stand, a golden chocolate teapot, chocolate teacups filled with Biscoff-flavoured 'tea', and classic Jammie Dodgers, all complemented by delicate piping work.

Cake Sponges: At its heart are three layers of freshly baked, light and airy vanilla sponge, providing a classic and beloved flavour profile.

Frosting: Each layer is enveloped in a luxuriously smooth Vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream frosting, adding a creamy and indulgent finish to this regal cake (and what's more it naturally low in sugar). 

Sponges: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt. 

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt

Gold Lustre Chocolate Teapot: White chocolate (milk, soya), dark chocolate (milk, soya), gold lustre (Butane E943a; isobutane E943b; propane E944; ethyl alcohol; potassium aluminium silicate E555; flavour; titanium dioxide E171; iron oxide E172).
