The Sponges: The cake features two layers of freshly baked chocolate sponge, providing a rich and indulgent foundation.
The Frosting: These layers are sandwiched and covered with luxurious Japanese matcha green tea Swiss meringue buttercream, offering a unique and delightful taste contrast.
The Decorations: Finished with a drizzle of Belgian chocolate ganache, the cake is topped with matcha baked buttermilk doughnuts and chocolate macarons, adding an extra layer of flavour and elegance.
Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour ( wheat/gluten ), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs , milk , sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup.

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.
Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life
Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
