A cheeky biscuit tea-time cake. Two layers of vanilla sponge, frosted with Biscoff Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with Bourbons, custard creams, Jammie Dodgers, Biscoff crumbs, and chocolate drip.

Decorations

Decorated with a partial Belgian chocolate drip and a crescent of piped buttercream swirls, Biscoff cookie crumbs, and classic-biscuit-tin favourites: chocolate Bourbons, custard creams and Jammie Dodgers.

Cake Sponges

Two layers of vanilla sponges.

Frosting

Frosted with Lotus Speculoos/Biscoff biscuit butter Swiss meringue buttercream.
