Biryani Curry Cake

Our Diwali celebration cake. Three layers of freshly baked vanilla sponge, offering a subtle flavour. Creatively decorated with a chocolate bowl of buttercream, puffed rice cereal, crushed pistachios, cake fudge chicken leg, cake fudge samosas, and a white chocolate ganache “raita” drip. Enrobed in vibrant orange and green Swiss meringue buttercream, capturing the festive spirit.

Decorations: The cake is creatively decorated with a chocolate bowl filled with buttercream, puffed rice cereal, crushed pistachios, and a cake fudge chicken leg.
