What have we been upto then? While wedding season is in full swing, I'd like to say that Anges de Sucre is swinging along too. We've just sent our packaging to print. I promise they are drop dead gorgeous - I cried when I held the mock-ups in my arms! After nearly six months of working on the design and details we've finally pressed the green button and are now waiting with baited breathe. Actually, that's not accurate. We're not exactly waiting around. We've partnered with Vivienne Westwood for Vogue Fashion's Night Out this Thursday, the 6th of September. Music+Fashion+Cocktails+Macarons = BIG STYLE VOGUE FUN!
Also, a big change in premises with shiny new equipment with a sweet little consultation area, some extravagant dessert table designs, fabulous bridal styled shoots, a series of new recipe shots with the best ever food-porn master Jean Cazals, and preparing for the Designer Wedding Show in October is what would pretty much make up our month.
Then there's the Rock My Wedding #prettynaughty party in Birmingham which I am really excited about, having obsessively stalked the virtual pages of this dead cool wedding blog before I was even engaged, and still doing so a year on since getting married! I'd love to finally pin twitter profile pics to real life faces (not literally - that would not make me any friends) and having a proper chat with some of the top dogs in the wedding industry without having to count to 140 characters each time.
On a more personal note, my best friend's baby shower! It's all a bit hush-hush for now but I'll definitely be posting about it as I'm going to get a whole lot of lovely involved.
May the force be with us this month!
ps: Head on over to London Bride to have a little gawk at the sweetest engagement shoot. Think lush lavender field, pinwheels, pretty florals, heart macarons and sunny smiles
